Members of the Operating Engineers Local Union No. 3 now have the ability to access their Retiree Health Security Plan information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

To Navigate this site:
Click on a menu item above to go to that specific page of the site.

If you are a participant in the public employees retiree health security plan, you can use your User Name and Password to gain access to specific data pertaining to your benefits.

To Login:

• Click the Login link in the top right of the screen. This will bring up the Login screen.

• Enter your User Name and Password then click on the Log in button.

If your login was successful you'll see a new menu item named 'Member Information'.

If your login was invalid a simple message indicating what is wrong (username or password) will be displayed.

If your login has expired, please contact your Fund Office or the Web Master.
